A great man left us this evening: Yves St. Laurent is deceased at
the 71 years age.
"Nothing is more beautiful than a naked body. The most beautiful
clothing which can equip a woman are the arms of the man whom she
loves. But, for those who are not likely to find this happiness, I
am there. "
The dressmaker, after having been the collaborator then
successor of Christian Dior, had founded his own house in 1961 with
Pierre Bergé. He had bidden his farewell with the seam in 2002.
Yves St. Laurent thus leaves us, of the painful continuations of
a cancer, but will remain forever one of the largest craftsmen of the
female beauty.
