CAN YOU SAY CHI CITY

There's a project that I've been wanting to work on for a long time now, but i haven't the opportunity to do so until i took this trip to Chicago over the holidays. Hopefully I'll be finishing this project in the coming days and post it online. Until then here are some photos from my trip. The trip consisted of a lot of eating and hanging out with friends. Some of the spots i hit up were the Golden Apple Diner which is one of the dopest diners in Chicago. If your ever in Chinatown I recommend House of Fortune. I think it was the best Chinese food I ever had. Other places you should hit up are RSVP Gallery in Bucktown and LDRS downtown. All in all it was an awesome trip. Thanks a lot Talia for having me and Alex.

Gourmet - L'TRE Lo-Tops

I apologize for the lack of post lately, since the Earthquake in Haiti last week I've been working on a personal project to help aid those in dire need. If you haven't already donated and you have the means to, please do so asap. With that being said, last week i went to the Latin Burger and Taco which is the newest and only gourmet food truck in Miami. Created by Ingrid Hoffman and inspired by LA's Kogi Korean BBQ Truck Latin Burger and Taco is rapidly growing in popularity here in Miami and with good reason. LB has the best tacos I've ever had, hands down and some of the best burgers in Miami. After trying Guava ketchup with their seasoned fries i don't think i can ever go back to regular ketchup with fries. I highly recommend the pulled pork tacos. Heaven. I wanna thank Ingrid and Jim for bringing this concept to Miami.

Miami New Times X Lunch

If your from Miami then chances are you've picked up and read a Miami New Times. For all non Miamians New Times is a news print publication which has one good article and thousands of cheesy ads. Well they've now stepped it up by having a glossy cover and saddle binding the publication. So kudos to them. Also wanted to post this photo i took during lunch of my Gourmet's. I think it came out fresh.
