Logan Hicks X Opera Gallery

A few years ago i did a post on Logan Hicks who is a master in the art of Stenciling. His pieces of cityscapes are out of this world. The detail is enough to make you doubt that he did it by hand. Above is a promo video promoting his new show at the Opera Gallery in New York.

Up There

It really is a shame that this craft isn't around as much as it should be. I'm glad to see these guys are still keeping this craft alive. I remember a few years ago some friends went to LA and they showed me some photos from their trip and one of the photos were some ads for Tropic Thunder. I was just blown away by the shear scale of them.
This form of advertising really needs to come back in Style. Props to Stella Artois for helping to keep it alive. I love their beer even more now.

Nike Air Lunar 180

Can't wait for these to drop!

"Revisiting the classic OG, or ‘History of Air’ colorway, which was recently adopted on an Air Mariah, Nike offers another hybrid. This time mixing the Air Max 180 with a Lunar sole and using Nike’s Torch material for the upper. Another innovation is the no-seams construction on the body of the shoe, providing a clean effect." - Hypebeast

The Future of Publications?

I love the route their taking for advertising, making it interactive and all. Really nice job. I just hope that new option for "print" won't end actual printed publications.
