A turkey was chatting with a bull.

'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey,
'but I haven't got the energy.'
'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull.
They're packed with nutrients.'

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him
enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.

He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree..

Moral of the story: Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..

History

So i was at Artopia gallery today getting ready for a design competition i'm throwing this up coming Wednesday, and guess what i come across? Page 3 of one of the original 20 copies of the US Constitution. Just sitting collecting dust in this unknown gallery in the middle of Miami. The owner didn't even know what it was until i told him. It was so old he couldn't even read it. He told me he got it with a bunch of furniture in some colonial house in Virginia. Crazy shit huh.

Theres a really cool show opening at the Lincoln Art Center. I was able to snap a couple of pics last night while they were setting up. I loved the toys but there are some really nice paintings inside i couldn't help to look at. Some sick Lenticular pieces also on display. Show opens Dec. 3.

Puma made this really elaborate site that lets you customize some of their shoes. The whole thing is set in a Thai restaurant. Probably the one next to the sweatshop they make these pumas at. https://www.puma.com/secure/mbbq

It's official Burger King is the illest. BK has created a new site were you can customize BK tees. The site is very well designed and the navigation for customization is awesome. In my opinion BK is the most creative and takes the most risks of all the fast food joints. Kudos to them

If you've walked into a Target lately chances are you have seen an adorable little brown creature plastered everywhere in the store. For those of you who know about Domo Kun, good for you. Now you get to watch everything that was cool and lovable about Domo get raped by corporate America. Those of you who don't know him, congratulations, you can stand by an watch in ignorance.

Although I am sad that one of my favorite icons is doomed, I have to say I really like all the Domo themed goods over at Target.

Alfa Romeo 8C

I'm very happy to say that Alfa Romeo is back in the US. Price tag on the 8C is $174,210 and their already sold out. Economic Crisis? Maybe for us poor folk. I cant wait to see one of these beauty's on the road.

Beautiful Typography consisting of 250,000 euros changed into coins. That were then glued to the floor.



Unfortunately, the whole piece was scraped off the floor by the filth *that means cop in British.
I think this fits with the new background the blog is sporting. Money Over Bitches, and I'm out.

Large Hadron Collider

Hey Everybody We're still alive! YAY! If you don't watch the news today they turned on the Large Hadron Collider.I'm gonna sum up what the Large Hadron Collider is in a few words. it is a machine that has roughly a 17 mile radius and is suppose to recreate the big bang. Dumb right? Yes i know. Why would you want to create a black hole on earth. Don't ask me ask all those Dr. Doom wanna be's in Europe that have built this. What's funny is they say it's perfectly safe but they don;t know what its gonna do. Well look into it. Here's some pics of the Large Hadron Collider.

Friday Night

So my Friday night begins with me, friend who shall not be named, (lol) and the Mrs. stranded on the side of 95 with no gas. awesome.
We were on our was to see my professor Alex Heria's new show at the Art Center of Hollywood when some says "uh oh" and immediately shuts off the ac. 15 minutes late we are hiking to the nearest gas station in Hallandale beach. An hour later we finally make it to our destination for the night. Below are a few pics from the night.
