Looking back on Friday night i saw and did a lot of shit. Started the night of by going to Eat Your Heart out in Wynwood. Overall pretty good show. It seems like it was put on by Culture Kings but don't quote me. After wards me and Robert hit up a few random galleries in the Design District before meeting up with Alex. We all hit up Wynwwod to see all the finished murals that artist's had been working on all week. After walking around for a few minutes we ran into Ron English , a photographer that was with him noticed Robert had on a Frank 151 fitted and asked to take a photo of the two of them together. After a few photos the dudes hooked Robert up with some dope dice that came in a pharmaceutical container. The whole them was Mary Jay. Pretty fresh. After that we kept it moving peeping out some galleries and more walls. After checking out the wall murals we checked out Fountain presented by Gen Art: Vanguard. Didn't get to stay to long that night though because they were closing. After running into a bunch of friends we decied to hit up MAX FISH. A pop-up bar based off the famous one in NYC. Shit was live. Ran into some old friends there that i hadn't seen in a minute. Good drinks, Music, Crowd and Company, over all i just had a real good time.

Art Basel: Report 3

So Thursday me Alex and Carolina hit up the Design District to check out the Duncan Quinn pop-up store. Shit was live when we got, and after a noticing who was making the drinks i understood why. It was two of the bartenders from Bardot , who make some of the best concoctions I've ever had. After leaving Duncan Quinn we headed to the Last Rights party which was a mistake. Shit was lame. The crowd and art there was wack as hell and they ran out of alcohol. Not cool. It's a shame they had such a dope ass flyer.



After we left the Last Rights Party we hit up the Ad Hoc art show in the Moore Space. The Morning Breath piece they had in the show made my night.



Me and Alex ended the night with some good old East Side Pizza.

Art Basel: Report 2

So Wed. Afternoon I went down to Wynnwood to check some of the Primary Flight and Wynnwood murals. The first stop was to see Tatiana's first mural. Afterwards me and Robert drove around Wynnwood Checking out the murals in progress. Very inspiring stuff. Me and Robert saw a big ass Obey wall so we parked to go check it out. As I walk into the yard I see Futura 2000 walk towards me. I was like "oh snap" in my mind. Cool as dude. He was working on a big ass mural to the left of Obeys wall. After exchanging a few words with Futura I proceeded to check out the Obey wall and who do I see sitting right under the wall. None other then 13th Witness . He was super surprised I knew who he was. Cool dude, and his business card is pretty tight. (Funny thing about that whole run in with 13th is I was just watching him the day before on the new episode of Maestro Knows. Shit was crazy)

Art Basel Report: 1

So tuesday was pretty dope night and just the right way to kick off Art Basel. After work i swung by the Design District head to the opening of the Friends With You Grand opening of their fist Flagship store. The turnout was amazing as always for any Friends With You Event. Shout out to Mr. Beauchamp for hooking it up with the Malfis. Good looking out.



Also if your in the Design District hit up the Gucci Popup store thats gonna be in town for the next 2 weeks before moving on the London. The store was off the chain selling nothing but exclusive kicks. If your interested on learning more about these kicks download the Gucci appt. on the iphone. Shit is off the chain, you can even make beats on the phone.

Yo sorry peoples about the lack of post's, i've been hella busy. Haven't slept in 4 days. So here are some photos to recap the last week or 2.






I also finally got some pic's from the gridlock battle . Real nice turnout, had alot of fun. Props to AIGA:MIU for hosting the event.







Other then that i've just been enjoying life and Art Basel. I'll be posting reports from the show's and parties so be lookin out.
